blymn	b7466e4fd7	* Moved the contents of the EXPOSE_PRIVATES ifdef into internal.h and ... killed the now empty ifdef in menu.h. Also removed the define in the CFLAGS in Makefile. * Renamed _menui_menu_hook to Menu_Hook for compatiability with ncurses. * Renamed all internal functions to have _menui prefix instead of __menui * Cleaned up some automatic function variable names that were shadowing function calls. * Fixed email address in headers.	1999-12-16 12:08:06 +00:00
