wiz a1752f5297 Remove files that do not get installed any longer, to avoid
further confusion.
The corresponding files now live in gnu/dist/groff/tmac (still
BSD licensed!), but the only files that should be changed are in
gnu/usr.bin/groff/tmac, see also

lukem 130ab7336b Rework how MAKEVERBOSE operates:
*	Don't bother prefixing commands with a line of ${_MKCMD}\
and instead rely upon "make -s". This is less intrusive on
all the Makefiles than the former. Idea from David Laight.

    *	Rename the variables use to print messages. The scheme now is:
	    _MKMSG_FOO Run _MKMSG 'foo'
	    _MKTARGET_FOO	Run  _MKMSG_FOO ${.TARGET}
	From discussion with Alistair Crooks.

mycroft a24e9dea0c Treat these like other include files. This way:
* they are installed in the `make includes' pass.
* they are only updated if changed (which makes `make UPDATE=1' much faster).

jtc 3e3f2eab1b Always use `install -d' to make sure directory exists & has correct
ownership and permissions.

Use `:', rather than `.' to separate user and group in chown commands
in case we ever decide to remove the support for the (obsolete) `.'
separator.

jtc fe7763b4fb Removed tmac.an.old, the GNU man macros since we want all GPL'd source
in /usr/src/gnu. In fact, the macros are allready being installed from
the groff distribution.
