Set NOxxx= before <bsd.own.mk> is pulled in (even indirectly).
Otherwise the appropriate MKxxx=no won't be defined .

add '-s' option which will cause the installboot program to recalculate the
16 bit sun checksum. This flag is needed when making iso 9660 images which
are bootable on both sparc and vax machines.
