cgd 7dcd783f0c as pointed out by Phil: all instances of bcopy used in this file should 
be 'ovbcopy', because they can (and sometimes do) overlap.  arguably should
be rewritten to work differently.

cgd ff01ffc7d8 don't clobber CLOCAL. gah, that could be fun: log in on a line that 
needs clocal, use 'reset' to fix your screen after a raw mode muckup,
and there goes your clocal...

cgd 899cb3e1af make CRTSCTS be one bit wide, and define CRTS_IFLOW and CCTS_OFLOW 
in terms of it (for compatibility).  CRTSCTS == "bidirectional
RTS/CTS flow control".  CRTS_IFLOW and CCTS_OFLOW are mostly-unused,
and will go away eventually.
