Make this NCR 53C90 driver work, using the chip information from
Tymm Twillman's Linux mca_53c9x driver.
Tested with external ZIP100 only.

Nonworking NCR 53c90 attachment. I don't get any interrupts from
the device yet, need to find real NCR53c90 docs to figure out what's wrong.
