Add the entire "processes" menu. This will allow
starting/stopping/showing/restarting of things in /etc/rc.d. Also add a
few quick top(1)-like utilties just to round the menu off.

oversight WRT the new system config menus added earlier today.

Add the motherload of Makefiles to install all these fun forms and scripts.
I think writing these makefiles takes longer than writing the menu items
themselves.. ;)
