lukem d213d804f7 Rename MEMORY_DISK_SIZE (formerly MINIROOTSIZE) to MEMORY_DISK_ROOT_SIZE,
which was suggested by Izumi Tsutsui <tsutsui@ceres.dti.ne.jp> as
being more consistent with what it's controlling...

is 9ec45c470a Use an INSTALL kernel, instead of GENERIC. We want this to be as small as
possible so that it can boot even on low memory Amiga machines.

mhitch 34c823e939 A "GENERIC" kernel configured with a memory disk root. The miniroot can
now be inserted into the kernel for a self-contained installation kernel.
No more questions or problems trying to copy the miniroot to the swap
partition.
