kill some bogus comments about -r: it _does not_ cause the boot area to

be clobbered. since 4.4-Lite(?) disklabel.c has gone to extra effort
to avoid clobbering the boot area when using -r, but the 4.4-Lite manual
pages were apparently not updated to note that!

Fix broken uses of Dd. Both the mdoc and mdoc.samples pages agree:
...
.Dd is supposed to be invoked like:
.Dd month day, year
e.g. ".Dd January 25, 1989", rather than:
.Dd "month day, year"
which is what these pages did.
