drochner 43e4e2726a Add new NetBSD partition ID. 
Update information about partition types - add missing types, insert
"reserved" for IDs which are marked as "officially reserved" in other
lists.

thorpej c3a02725ea Use a reasonable default for NKMEMCLUSTERS. Previous default value wouldn't 
run multi-user for very long at all, and every kernel configuration file
overrides it!
