Invoke ./checkflist with ${CHECKFLIST_FLAGS}, so that the end-user

can set CHECKFLIST_FLAGS="-e" in mk.conf so that extra files in
$DESTDIR are `non fatal'.
Remove unused '${CHECKFLISTFLAGS}' (which allowed selection of
different checkflist target in maketars target)
