4daade7385 Add a new installer image for Raspberry PI to evbarm 
Includes the following major changes:

1) Add new configmenu item to sysinst to allow creation of users at
post-install time.
2) Add an sshramdisk type to evbarm, which is a ramdisk with sshd
enabled, allowing users to install on a headless PI by sshing to the
device with the account "sysinst" password "netbsd" to begin the
installation. (Note, neither the account, nor the ssh setup are copied to
the finalized installation image)
3) Change mkimage to build a boot-only image, without the root filesystems.

Much of the sshramdisk code could be reused on other ports easily.

2108b54359 34 different termcap subsets, plus a couple of ports still using 
the full termcap distfile. In an attempt to reduce the madness
switch everyone (except the i386 cd install which does its own
thing) to the same (under 8K) termcap subset:

4764c235e5 Change ramdisks from dhclient to dhcpcd and add corresponding glue to 
sysinst. For amd64, the crunchgen binary shrinks by 150KB uncompresssed,
60KB compressed.

6dfc4ff323 Add 'xterm' and 'ansi' to termcap.mini (and the mktermcap script which is 
used to generate it), use termcap.mini in evbarm ramdisk (vs. the full
termap DB) which frees up a bit of room to add dhclient and cu.

c1583b0d2c Since /etc/services has gotten rather large, use a minimal one for install 
kernels. (mount_nfs is notably the only binary that doesn't gracefully deal
with the lack of an /etc/services file, it appears.)
