add configuration file for daily, weekly, montly, as
daily.conf, weekly.conf and montly.conf. the file
allows each action taken by all scripts to be turned
on or off.

Comment out code which traverses the directory hierarchy and removes
files, as the ``find . ... -exec rm'' used to do so can be subverted
and used to remove arbitrary files.
