abs b5f864571c Switch INSTALL back to being used by miniroot install. 
Add INSTALL-SYSINST config for sysinst install.
These are expected to diverge more as time progresses.

thorpej 0778dad08f Define the biglock perimeter for the Alpha port, and generally clean 
up a bunch of the MP code.  Still doens't work properly yet, this is

mhitch 4a320ca712 Use the correct DMA pointer for the second channel on 14-bit byte-swapped 
conversion.  Fixes NULL pointer reference crash when playing 16 bit little
endian audio.

- cac_pci_l0 has been moved to cac.c, since it's useful for EISA boards.
- Model-specific linkage now is responsible for DMA synchronization.
- If we don't recognise the board, print the subsystem ID.
- Add support for RAID LC2 and Smart Array 431.
- Start firmware background tasks on controllers that need it.

- Pull in linkage useful for both PCI and EISA boards from cac_pci.c.
- cac_ccb_done() now frees the done CCB if the CCB callback completes.
- Model-specific linkage is now responsible for DMA synchronization.
- Use wakeup_one() in cac_ccb_free().
- Start synchronous commands `manually'.
- Add one hardware check in DIAGNOSTIC case.
- Improve error messages.
- Start firmware background tasks on controllers that need it.

jdolecek 0bc8e23c3a even through the integrated audio on my MSI 694D Pro 
does not set AC97_CODEC_DOES_VRA in AC97_REG_EXT_AUDIO_ID request, it
works okay; only require the bit set for revision < 'H'
