8d14398fed Note that tcgetsid(3) and getsid(2) are not yet built into the C library. 
This is because with a day or two, 3 other system calls are going to be
added to the C library, and we want to avoid bumping the minor number
twice.

b000238f6e * Add an entry for ENOMSG that fits its wild semantics. 
* Change all references from <sys/errno.h> to <errno.h>, which is the
  canonical location of that file.

84a618151f Do not try to use PS_STRINGS unless USRSTACK is defined.

df0d6631b5 Per XPG4.2, change the `n' argument of initstate() to size_t. (Since it was 
recently changed from int to long (lite-2 import), I saw no reason to delay
this `alignment'.)

67569086c4 a memory leak can occur when xdr_replymesg() fails, so XDR_FREE in 
this case. originally fixed in freebsd in clnt_udp.c, and similar
change to clnt_raw.c made by openbsd.

499d79dfdc Add support for multiple reader-single writer locks which will be used 
in stdio.  Although there is no POSIX.1 lock of this type, XPG 4.2 has
specified one that is suitable for our purposes and that we'll have to
implement anyway.

193c1d2147 (1) make sure targets are built in a parallel-make-safe way 
(2) make sure softfloat.po is compiled with the right profiling
    flag (-pg), and softfloat.so is compiled with the right
    PIC flags (${CPICFLAGS}).

ecb2fd7aad define INLINE to be "static inline" rather than "extern inline", so that 
if this code is compiled without optimization the not-inlined functions
will be included (statically) in the object files, and now show up
as undefined references.
