Move machine/stdarg.h logic into MI sys/stdarg.h and expect compiler to provide proper builtins, defaulting to the GCC interface. lint still has a special fallback. cherry	ba7cbe760f	Initial import of arch/ia64 sources. These sources are ported from FreeBSD/ia64 code. See individual source files for credits.
