Implement a "poweroff" command which is equivalent to "halt -p",
...
but allows powering down the system from an exec(2) call, e.g. via
a user which has "poweroff" as login shell.
The command name is modeled after Solaris.

Change how ramdisk is sized so we can actually use more than 1.44mb of

space.
Adjust RAMDISKCYLS and/or RAMDISKSPC to change the ramdisk geometry.
the total blocks on the ramdisk is computed automagically from this.
