pmap.c: do kernel_pmap/kernel_pmap_store the old way, delete
vm_page_startup_initialized weirdness.
swapgeneric.c: everything about mountroot needs fixing, help.
trap.c: sunsys -> sun_sysent, etc.
vm_machdep.c: don't use cpu_coredump() for now.
