reinoud df2b9ae2bd Initial commit of wscons for the RiscPC/A7000 arm32 family. There is still lots 
to do notably the mouse, some issues about 4 bpp modes and most of all Xwscons !

This code will still allow usage of the old vidcconsole complete with X etc.
Note that the wscons code can now only be booted with the new bootloader but
kernels compiled with vidcconsole can still be booted the old way.

rearnsha 62dd3b3608 Fix a couple of cases where we could return without restoring the 
SPL value.  Fixes a problem with the Xserver on A7000 kernels.

abs 0b8ff41f41 Recalculate NVRAM checksum when updating the NVRAM. Avoids 'reboot' 
and 'halt' corruptring the NVRAM contents under RISC OS 4.

	<vm/vm_pager.h> -> into <uvm/uvm_pager.h>

also includes a bunch of <vm/vm_page.h> include removals (due to redudancy
with <vm/vm.h>), and a scattering of other similar headers.

thorpej b667a5a357 New callout mechanism with two major improvements over the old 
timeout()/untimeout() API:
- Clients supply callout handle storage, thus eliminating problems of
  resource allocation.
- Insertion and removal of callouts is constant time, important as
  this facility is used quite a lot in the kernel.

The old timeout()/untimeout() API has been removed from the kernel.

cgd c9c2181ed9 provide an __ELF__ version of _C_FUNC and _C_LABEL, convert the assembly 
#defines in asm.h to use them, and convert code which needs to use C labels
to use _C_LABEL as well.  (I can't see any reason why the label vs. function
differentiation shouldn't be GC'd; i only added uses of _C_LABEL.)  This
should help if this port is converted to use ELF, and was checked by
compiling all kernels in arm32/conf (with some driver removals and some
MI header fixups re: common blocks) with an arm-linux ELF toolchain.

mark 33b4b52949 Define the prototypes for rtc_read() and rtc_write() here rather than 
in machine/rtc.h
Update the rtc_read() and rtc_write() functions to take a private pointer
as the first argument (currently unused).

mark 1f5455aaaf Update the softc to hold the rtc_{write,write}() argument and update 
the function pointer prototypes.
Pass the rtc_arg field as the first parameter when calling the todclock
rtc_{read,write} function pointers.

mark 3fa53fb439 Check the for the TODCLOCK_FLAG_FAKE flag in the attach args to allow 
a "real" driver to have priority.
Make sure that a todclock service does exist before trying to read and
write the time.
If no RTC read routine exists, just use the suggested time in inittodr().
