* Make sure all uses of the data pointer are type-cast appropriately.
* Eliminate the super-user check in the KIOCSKEY case (back as it was).
* Return ENOTTY if the ioctl command code is unrecognized.

New device attachment scheme:

- split softc size and match/attach out from cfdriver into
a new struct cfattach.
- new "attach" directive for files.*. May specify the name of
the cfattach structure, so that devices may be easily attached
to parents with different autoconfiguration semantics.
