2ba72368c6 Correct some uses of macros: 
- use .Cm for command modifiers.
- use .Fl / .Ar for flags / arguments.
- use .Cd for pseudo-device in SYNOPSIS.
- use .Pa for paths.

3406f0a3dd The "gif*" tunnelling interface does everything ipip does. 
Move usage example from ipip.4 to gif.4
Excise ipip and stitch up the scars.
