Split sii driver into bus-dependent front-end and chip-specific back-end:
sii_ds.c -- front-end for Decstation 2100, 3100, 5100(?)
sii.c -- driver for DEC scsi asic used in decstations and vax 3400s
siivar.h -- shared softc
