b3c79debe6 Initial implementation of sdtemp(4) driver for on-DIMM temp sensor. 
(These optional sensors are specified by JEDEC Standard No. 21-C
Section 4-7 and implemented by multiple vendors.  Tested on my
amd64 machine with Kingston KVR1066D3E7S/2G memory which includes
a STMicro STTS424E02 sensor.)

9e9887cc59 Introduce several actions/requests for authorizing file-system related 
operations, specifically quota and block allocation from reserved space.

Modify ufs_quotactl() to accomodate passing "mp" earlier by vfs_busy()ing
it a little bit higher.

f6bc268dff Make this reflect reality more -- next-server is necessary, there is

91fe922f05 Add LINKSOWN, LINKSGRP, and LINKSMODE variables for use by bsd.links.mk 
when installing hard links.  They have no effect except when using a
metalog, in which case the information is added to the metalog.  In
the future, these variables may be replaced by a method for explicitly
recording hard links in a metadata log.

Also change a few things that called ${INSTALL_LINK} without going
through bsd.links.mk.

Reviewed by perry and joerg.  This should fix PR 24457 and PR 41155.

bcacc7116b groff is applying more than enough space between column, so don't 
increase it even more. Do ensure that the columns are as large as the
largest value though. Do not indent the kern.* table as it can't fit
comfortable on the screen otherwise.

a6062b3d34 Use "i486" as GNU_ARCH for i386 so that the toolchain and libraries 
can use instructions which were not available on the original i386
(eg cmpxchg). Due to some strangeness in gcc's i386 support this needs
an extra --with-arch=i486 configure argument for gcc to have the desired
effect, see my post "i386 vs i486, some inconsistencies" to tech-toolchain
some weeks ago.
I'm not happy to break compatibility, but since (a) kernel support
for i386 was removed and (b) i387 code was put into libm this is
just another coffin nail.
The gain is besides consistency and more efficient code that intel
atomar intrinsics can now be used by gcc. (which would need runtime
library support otherwise)

c8a35b6227 OpenBSD uses a custom CVS hack to handle Dd fields ($Mdocdate$) which 
we don't have. Replace ".Dd $Mdocdate" with ".Dd Month Day Year" so
that the date comes out right when man pages get built. This will
doubtless need hand conflict resolution whenever these pages are
re-imported.

Note that it would be interesting to have some similar facility for
NetBSD, but I don't think a custom rcs keyword is the right thing --
maybe we can teach groff to parse $Date$
