d974db0ada Merge the ppcoea-renovation branch to HEAD. 
This branch was a major cleanup and rototill of many of the various OEA
cpu based PPC ports that focused on sharing as much code as possible
between the various ports to eliminate near-identical copies of files in
every tree.  Additionally there is a new PIC system that unifies the
interface to interrupt code for all different OEA ppc arches.  The work
for this branch was done by a variety of people, too long to list here.

TODO:
bebox still needs work to complete the transition to -renovation.
ofppc still needs a bunch of work, which I will be looking at.
ev64260 still needs to be renovated
amigappc was not attempted.

NOTES:
pmppc was removed as an arch, and moved to a evbppc target.

38ca5312d2 revert "defflag VMSWAP" changes for now. 
there seems to be far more people who don't want to edit
their kernel config files than i thought.

d5fbb6936f Add file system snapshots to kernel configs. 
- Ffs internal snapshots get compiled in unconditionally.

- File system snapshot device fss(4) added to all kernel configs that
  have a disk.  Device is commented out on all non-GENERIC kernels.

d1b3852365 Add the INCLUDE_CONFIG_FILE option to all config files. In config 
files that are generic (ie, GENERIC, GENERICSBC, GENERIC32, ALL, or
ALPHA), it is uncommented.

6e066ba77a Add commented-out USERCONF option. Mainly useful for install media 
and can be optionally enabled based on miniroot and ramdisk size
requirements.

d213d804f7 Rename MEMORY_DISK_SIZE (formerly MINIROOTSIZE) to MEMORY_DISK_ROOT_SIZE, 
which was suggested by Izumi Tsutsui <tsutsui@ceres.dti.ne.jp> as
being more consistent with what it's controlling...

6d265bd894 add options PIPE_SOCKETPAIR to individual kernel configs 
the option is commented out on everything but kernels I was able
to recognize as INSTALL-like or ones for small memory machines

01b024cd5b Standardise TCP_COMPAT_42 as commented out, grouped with other COMPAT options, 
and with the comment '4.2BSD TCP/IP bug compat. Not recommended'
Add commented out 'TCP_DEBUG # Record last TCP_NDEBUG packets with SO_DEBUG'
(All hail amiga and atari which make some attempt to automate the
multiplicity of config files...)

4c191e1d58 We cannot specify root on md0a because md is pseudo-device. 
"options MEMORY_DISK_IS_ROOT" is enough for this.

2c9c7a74bd Remove the config flags from "si" lines so the driver default will 
be used.  That also makes it possible to patch the kernel in case
the default option causes boot failures or something...
