lukem	fe5a2bf74b	remove the ``static'' from `static void __start()' and `static void ___start()' because an overly aggressive gcc -O3 "cleverly" optimizes the functions out. noted in [port-i386/8493], but seen in other ports as well.	1999-11-02 10:07:12 +00:00
