mark 9ad19504c3 Fix bugs found with various levels of optimisation while implementing 
PIC support for GCC/arm.
This fix is untested on platforms other than the ARM and is only enabled
if GCC_27_ARM32_PIC_SUPPORT is defined.
These fixes are only required for GCC 2.7 and will not be needed in 2.8+

phil 34527405c3 Import gcc-2.7.2. Since it is in the gcc directory instead of the gcc2 
directory, this is being done now.  We will live with two trees until
the "formal" switch over by changing src/gnu/usr.bin/Makefile.
