As per Chris G. Demetriou <cgd@netbsd.org> don't install

loadfile_machdep.h into /usr/include/hp300/, instead create a
link for machine and hp300 in ${.OBJDIR} like
sys/arch/alpha/stand/Makefile.buildboot does for alpha.
