6c88de3b53 Introduce a new routine, config_match(), which invokes the 
cfattach->ca_match function in behalf of the caller.  Use it
rather than invoking cfattach->ca_match directly.

d1ad2ac4f2 Rather than referencing the cfdriver directly in the cfdata entries, 
instead use a string naming the driver.  The cfdriver is then looked
up in a list which is built at run-time.

06de426449 SIMPLEQ rototill: 
- implement SIMPLEQ_REMOVE(head, elm, type, field).  whilst it's O(n),
  this mirrors the functionality of SLIST_REMOVE() (the other
  singly-linked list type) and FreeBSD's STAILQ_REMOVE()
- remove the unnecessary elm arg from SIMPLEQ_REMOVE_HEAD().
  this mirrors the functionality of SLIST_REMOVE_HEAD() (the other
  singly-linked list type) and FreeBSD's STAILQ_REMOVE_HEAD()
- remove notes about SIMPLEQ not supporting arbitrary element removal
- use SIMPLEQ_FOREACH() instead of home-grown for loops
- use SIMPLEQ_EMPTY() appropriately
- use SIMPLEQ_*() instead of accessing sqh_first,sqh_last,sqe_next directly
- reorder manual page; be consistent about how the types are listed
- other minor cleanups

3d8f9a4f4f Set function-in-use flag before calling power control function in

8aeb8df354 Add a flag to tell whether a MAC address was actually found in the CIS. 
XXX This whole piece of code should go away ASAP.  We should use a callback
as in the PCMCIA code.  In fact, we should use the PCMCIA code...

ddd36bd41a 1. Do not apply 5 V on a CardBus card. 
2. Do not avoid ISA hole when a device requires more than
   256-byte io space.
3. Remove sending CardBus bridge's function number to
   cardbus stack.  This number is not needed for anyone.

fe2d79ec9a Let decode_tuples take function to call for each tuple, and use this 
to get some vital information from the CIS (some network cards need
this to get the mac-address). This should be merged with the related
code for PCMCIA cards, but that requires more thought.

4eee111127 This is the first check-in of CardBus driver. CardBus driver contains 
CardBus bus stub, YENTA PCI-CardBus bridge (cbb), 3Com 3C575TX driver
(ex) and Intel fxp driver.

TODO:
  o Conform to the KNF more strictly.
  o Be unified with pcmcia code as much as possible.
  o Add more drivers for CardBus card, such as APA-1480 or USB card.
