Added support for ibcs2_sigcode.

Added new emulation structure, emul_ibcs2_xout, for XENIX.
Modified some syscalls to differentiate between XENIX and UNIX.
Fixed major bug in semaphore structure emulation size and conversion.
Check and cleanup copyin/copyout usage.
