* src-release (VER): Change bfd/configure.in sed to use the new
`bfd/configure --version` output.
"bfd_configure.lineno" instead of "configure.lineno" as the name of the
a version of the script that has had all uses of $LINENO converted to
literal line numbers.
Now building tools via "MKCROSSGDB=yes build.sh tools" works again, even
if the shell does not support $LINENO.
The previous problem was caused by an interaction
between the way .../gdb/dist/opcodes/configure executes
"${srcdir}/../bfd/configure --version", and the way both configure
scripts tried to create and then execute configure.lineno scripts.
Both configure.lineno scripts were created in the same OBJDIR,
with the configure.lineno from .../bfd/configure overwriting the
configure.lineno from .../opcodes/configure, while the latter was
still running.
1. having the same named file in two different directories (agent.c)
2. trying to override fnmatch twice (easier than making configure mechanism
to not overwrite).

mode), if no lwp is signaled, just stay with the current (inferior_ptid.lwp).
This fixes gdb -p to a threaded process with all threads active.
Previously we eroneously restored an lwp of 0 (returned as sentinel from
ptrace) to inferior_ptid.lwp, which then would not match any thread in
thread_list and caused assertion failures.
instead, which is the main thread instead of the currently executing thread
which is not what we want, since we've been running and nother thread might
have just started.
The problem has to do with the threaded initialization.
After we take the first breakpoint and we enter single step mode,
we set trap_expected = 1 in the thread_info structure for main <pid,0,0>.
After the threads initialize, the main thread becomes <pid,1,0>, and so
we get a new thread_info struct with trap_expected = 0, and so we break.
