More and more .Os cleanups. .Os is defined in the tmac.doc-common file,
...
so we shouldn't override it with versions in the manpages. Many more to
come.

* Require at least one file operand; the standard does not permit reading from
stdin in case none were given.
* Recogize '\' as an additional identifier end character.
* Make the exit status depend on whether any matches were found.
