- Move -D flags from Makefile to config.h and explain what they do. Add
-Wall -Wno-unused to CFLAGS. Add new define SYSVVARSUB to enable SysV
style variable substitutions and enable them.
- Add SunOS style command substitutions via SUNSHCMD
