Modify file systems to deal with struct lock in struct vnode. All leaf
fs's other than nfs use genfs_lock() for locking.
Modify lookup routines to set PDIRUNLOCK when they unlock the parrent.

Modify vfsops to seperate vfs_fhtovp() into two routines. vfs_fhtovp() now
only handles the file handle to vnode conversion, and a new call,
vfs_checkexp(), performs the export verification.
