Modify these forms to allow the user to select any category of packages

Update the rc.conf editor to work with 1.5 release machines. Note that this
still needs to be updated to work with -current, but I want to stabilize
sushi before moving on.

Add the motherload of Makefiles to install all these fun forms and scripts.
I think writing these makefiles takes longer than writing the menu items
themselves.. ;)

Add all the help menus, and working menu items I currently have for sushi.
Note, these directories are missing Makefiles.. I know that.. and I'm
working on it.
