wrstuden ad140b77ea Modify all calls to newfs in ramdisk/miniroot creation to include 
the needed endianism of the architecture. One step towards cross-building
releases.

Not touched are newfs calls in install scripts as they run on the desired
machine and thus default correctly.

garbled c3262a3841 Use pax instead of tar on the ramdisk bins.. create appropriate link for 
tar to get tar-like fonctionality.
