Overhaul installation system.

- Use new boot system. Bootfloppies now use ustarfs.
- Split instkernel.* directory from bootfloppy.*.
- Adjust ramdisk size.
- others.
2-floppy installation system cannot be compiled due to size bloat.
Disabled temporarily (?).
