3cbe025990 __semctl13 -> ____semctl13 because this now is not called directly. 
The fourth argument to it is a pointer to union semun not union semun,
because passing structs and unions to syscalls cannot be handled portably.

4b061adfdb sync with latest libipsec. 
since outgoing and incoming policy is separated, inetd can take multiple
policy specification, separated by ";".

1a2a1e2b1f bring in latest KAME ipsec tree. 
- interop issues in ipcomp is fixed
- padding type (after ESP) is configurable
- key database memory management (need more fixes)
- policy specification is revisited

XXX m->m_pkthdr.rcvif is still overloaded - hope to fix it soon

e5e6464767 upgrade libipsec to the latest. 
- parser now uses yacc/lex (there'll be no symbol conflict).
- outbound policy and inbound policy is now separate
- policy specification for tunnel SA is improved
- api changed, bump shlib major

XXX some of programs will become not buildable - will commit shortly

9b7c3e737a be proactive about malicious packet on the wire. we fear that v4 mapped 
address to be used as a tool to hose security filters (like bypassing
"local host only" filter by using ::ffff:127.0.0.1).

0affd7a994 visit next addrinfo struct on socket failure. 
this should fix the behavior of rcmd() on ipv4-only node, trying to
connect to dual stack node (AAAA and A record on DNS/hostname databaes)

a72f993570 When possible, use ring mode for descriptors. Not only is this slightly 
more efficient on genuine DEC chips, but some clones apparently Lose Badly
if you use chain mode.  To further complicate things, some clones *only*
do chain mode, so make this whole mess conditional.
