- set noatime, nodevmtime for root
	- use tmpfs for frequently written files
	- use unix sockets instead of fifos for postfix

tsutsui 186ae29489 Add SET_X11_NOSERVERS for default installation sets. 
Althrough landisk doesn't have any screen console (except possible udl(4)
and ukbd(4)), it's a good environment to build packages binaries for sh3el,
including dreamcast.

tsutsui 10c998805e Use the default MD_SETS_SELECTED in util.c which includes an Xserver set. 
luna68k has working Xserver so no need to specify md MD_SETS_SELECTED
with SET_X11_NOSERVERS.

joerg 2147852be7 The "gcc" keyword in the set lists is used both as boolean and as list 
filter. Skip the HAVE_GCC variables when adding it as boolean, so that
MKGCC=no actually skips the "gcc" entries.

matt 5f058922b3 This change arm, armeb, earm, earmeb, earmhf, earmhfeb so all builds that 
share a MACHINE_ARCH for userland so that except for etc, will produce
identical sets.

usr/include/machine now points to usr/include/arm

agc 1410cf30c2 Fix for problematic paths in /etc/daily and /etc/security reported in 
PR/47645.

Add a separate file which contains the paths for the pkg_admin and
pkg_info utilities. This is called /etc/pkgpath.conf (to distinguish it
from pkg.conf).

Thanks also to Edgar Fuss for the sanity check.
