fa5c89d64a do not mistakingly forward link-local scoped packet (the bug was added 
with "beyondscope" icmp6 support).
"options FAKE_LOOPBACK_IF" will honor scope on loopback outputs.  rcvif will
be real interface, not the loopback, just like when multicast loopback.

5e7069506f We already initialize UP and BC when we fire up Curses, so pass a null pointer

5e33ffef22 Initialize hardware for mouse mode at open time. 
This fixes MB2 and MB3 on the 2nd mouse port (the first is initialized by
the Amiga ROM at boot time).

8050d5687d Restructure the ms(4) autoconfiguration code to attach as a single device 
instance and select a mouse port via the least significant bit of its
device minor number.  Fixes abuse of cf_unit in this driver.

badbd98b2a rearrange the order of bus_dma operations to be more like many other 
drivers, at the suggestion of fvdl.  also, use bus_dmamap_load() not
load_raw().

9d53129465 Updagte the VAX bits so they actually work. Use the common method of building 
miniroots.  Fix the ramdisk bits.  Use the INSTALL kernel.  This stuff has
really suffered from bitrot.
