cgd	01c4e7fb64	include raster_op.c and raster_text.c if 'raster' is defined, as well ... as if 'rasterconsole' is defined. Alpha uses 'raster' to pull in the raster text and operation code, but doesn't use this console emulator, etc.	1996-04-11 21:54:38 +00:00
