thorpej	96776149fc	Correct the "direction" of the barrier dependencies (DAEMON, LOGIN, NETWORKING, and SERVERS) by specifying that certain things should come BEFORE a given barrier, rather than having the barrier REQUIRE a service. Racoon provides "ike", and requires "kdc" (since you might want to use IPsec on your Kerberos server, and might be using GSSAPI to authenticate Phase 1) and "ppp" (since racoon(8) needs to know about all of your network interfaces).	2001-01-18 02:01:12 +00:00
