Add explicit support for IDE and SCSI adaptors which don't support interrupts.
...
On such adaptors, all transfers are done in polling mode.

this should make NEC Express RISCserver work.

Implement a db_trap_callback which turns off the watchdog on entry to DDB

and turns it back on on exit. Hook the callback in early in the boot, so

...
because it's better to slightly right-shift the display than run numbers
together when you've got > 99999KB avm or fre.
