Insert internal collect2 functions that shouldn't be defined here, but are
needed as they are the only prototypes for these functions.

Make this compile again:
- update demangle.h with ../include/demangle.h
- include "scan.h" to get definitions for xmalloc.c
- remove include of libiberty.h
