New device attachment scheme:
...
- split softc size and match/attach out from cfdriver into
a new struct cfattach.
- new "attach" directive for files.*. May specify the name of
the cfattach structure, so that devices may be easily attached
to parents with different autoconfiguration semantics.

Should be better integrated into autoconfig. Also, interface should
be designed rather than cobbled together... Nasty, but it Works.
needs things like ability to pass ioctl()s down to components, ability
to mmap() things, etc.
