in wdc_softc: access the per-channel data via a pointer array instead of
...
an array of fixed-sized channel_softc elements. This way IDE controllers
which more than 1 channel (pciide) can extend the channel data easily
for private needs.
To avoid the double dereference at runtime, change the argument of
wdcstart() to the channel data pointer instead of the array index.

Garbage-collect the open_target_lu and close_target_lu entry points from

Add a scsipi_ioctl entry point to struct scsipi_adapter. This will be
used to issue ioctl commands to the host adapters.

The opl driver is not finished yet; it sounds pretty awful.
For some strange reason I cannot get any FM sound from my SB64 cards,
but a regular SB16 works fine.
