mknative re-run to pick up the binutils version from the sources

imported, i.e. the binutils-2.16.1 release and not the branch that
I worked with originally.
Lot of the changes are due to the update of the mknative script RCSId.

build lib{opcodes,bfd,iberty} back in gnu/lib instead of gnu/usr.bin/binutils
...
as they are needed earlier than when gnu/usr.bin/binutils is built when
"make -j" is used.

build libopcodes separately from libbfd as in binutils 2.13 they have

separate CFLAGS name spaces, and the old combined method no longer works.
