jtc	7423e425f2	Changed to use 1900 + tm_year instead of hardcoding "19" as the century. ... From PR #2308 by Stephen J. Roznowski <sjr@zombie.ncsc.mil>. This change is not strictly necessary, as these files are only used to test yacc.
