a8804b9fb4 Do not build vnode_if.[ch] for each kernel. Build them once, like the 
various syscall sources/headers, and just compile them.  From PR 2142, OK'd
by mycroft.  (These are now generated files.)

0c6f2633a8 If _KERNEL then define the DIRSIZ macro. This lets the kernel use 
<sys/dirent.h> instead of <sys/dir.h> which is a depreciated header.

f1938eb0d0 Removed special handling of CPPFLAGS if DESTDIR is set. Third party

93dff23036 Back out the "don't use DMA if SCSI_POLL is set" saftey-net. The 
MI 5380 code did something I didn't really expect, which caused DMA
to disable itself if only DMA was enabled.  *grumble*

379b6eadf4 pci devices are now specified like "foo* at pci? dev ? function ?". also, 
add support for PPB's and secondary PCI busses, where appropriate.
