37e984601c Ensure reorder protection for amigappc in all bus space functions. 
The ne(4) driver (XSurf2), which is the only bus_space device I got,
works now.

Diff checked with grep and MK1 eyeball.
i386 and amd64 GENERIC and sys still build.

554647f636 Semicolons in the 32-bit macros aren't nice.

76fa1751fe Add a macro to check for sufficient pointer alignment in bus.h context, 
"BUS_SPACE_ALIGNED_POINTER()".
Equal to the param.h "ALIGNED_POINTER()" normally, but obeys additional
requirements of the bus_space_xxx_n() macros. (BUS_SPACE_DEBUG)
