atatat	29e15c7932	Move sysctlbyname(), sysctlnametomib(), and sysctlgetmibinfo() from ... sysctl(8) into libc, making the minor number jump. Add prototypes to sys/sysctl.h, fix sets, modify man pages, etc. That oughta cover it.	2004-03-25 19:36:26 +00:00
