fda35a52f4 Add a bluetooth action to the device scope and use it in netbt as a 
replacement for KAUTH_GENERIC_ISSUSER.

0d53a16d76 Add queue macros SLIST_FOREACH_SAFE, STAILQ_FOREACH_SAFE, STAILQ_LAST,

Remove seperate definitions outside of queue.h.

31a1339b1f pci_activate synopsis and function description don't match. 
cube@ says, function description is correct. So remove reg argument in
pci_activate synopsis.

f6bc268dff Make this reflect reality more -- next-server is necessary, there is 
now this boot.cfg thing, etc. Also add a reasonable hint on how to set
up dhcp for booting install kernels via tftp.

760b4799c4 Add rc_directories to specify where to look for rc scripts. 
For the moment all scripts must be in /root and non-existent directories
are skipped.

91fe922f05 Add LINKSOWN, LINKSGRP, and LINKSMODE variables for use by bsd.links.mk 
when installing hard links.  They have no effect except when using a
metalog, in which case the information is added to the metalog.  In
the future, these variables may be replaced by a method for explicitly
recording hard links in a metadata log.

Also change a few things that called ${INSTALL_LINK} without going
through bsd.links.mk.

Reviewed by perry and joerg.  This should fix PR 24457 and PR 41155.

b6373695b9 Revert accidental switch of alpha to Xorg. We don't have the XdecNetBSD 
and XalphaNetBSD drivers in xorg yet.
Fixes release build for alpha.

bcacc7116b groff is applying more than enough space between column, so don't 
increase it even more. Do ensure that the columns are as large as the
largest value though. Do not indent the kern.* table as it can't fit
comfortable on the screen otherwise.

a6062b3d34 Use "i486" as GNU_ARCH for i386 so that the toolchain and libraries 
can use instructions which were not available on the original i386
(eg cmpxchg). Due to some strangeness in gcc's i386 support this needs
an extra --with-arch=i486 configure argument for gcc to have the desired
effect, see my post "i386 vs i486, some inconsistencies" to tech-toolchain
some weeks ago.
I'm not happy to break compatibility, but since (a) kernel support
for i386 was removed and (b) i387 code was put into libm this is
just another coffin nail.
The gain is besides consistency and more efficient code that intel
atomar intrinsics can now be used by gcc. (which would need runtime
library support otherwise)
